Hi, I’m Kelli Kleindorfer — an Instructional Designer and Curriculum Developer with over a decade of experience creating engaging, measurable learning experiences. My work spans higher education, workforce development, and technical training, and I specialize in designing programs that combine onboarding, role-play simulations, facilitation guides, assessments, and KPI-driven evaluations to improve performance.

I’ve built large-scale curricula for organizations like Kenzie Academy from SNHU, Six Red Marbles, and Southeastern Iowa Community College, as well as innovative coding and STEM courses for K–12 classrooms. I enjoy all aspects of instructional design, including developing eLearning modules in Articulate 360, producing training videos in Camtasia, and collaborating with SMEs to align learning with business goals.
